Terms and conditions
When ordering agreement for the purchase only when the Travel Shop confirmed the order through an order confirmation. You always have the right to cancel the purchase without charge until the goods are sent. Travel Shop has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. The prices include VAT with 25% of orders within the EU. At the confirmation order, prices can only be changed by circumstances Travel Shop has no control. For example, significantly changing commodity prices, currency fluctuations or amended VAT. No expedition costs. Should the price change, the customer has the right to free cancel the purchase.
- A shipping cost of 75 SEK per item will be added within Sweden.
- A freight charge of 149 SEK per item will be added within the EU / EEA.
- A freight charge of 249 SEK per item applies to countries outside the EU / EEA.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if shipping costs exceed a reasonable cost for purchased products and goods. Should this occur, the entire amount will be refunded to the payment method specified in the last step of the checkout.

4.2 Other payment methods

Orders placed before 15.00 on weekdays are processed on the same day and are normally delivered within 7 days in Sweden.
We reserve the right to ensure that all stock items are sold out before we can update the website, and then we inform the customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer is always entitled to cancel purchases at no cost unless the product is in stock. The parcels are delivered by PostNord or another carrier to the delivery point or sent as mail.
6. Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delivery delays by our suppliers beyond our control. This can occur, for example when a provider is unable to meet its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage that the delay is accomplished. You can trust that we will always notify you of the delivery is delayed. You, the customer is always right to cancel the purchase without cost at the delivery delay.
Travel Shop is responsible for transportation to our customers. You and transportation company assumes the risk of returning to us.
8. Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. Have you received a faulty or damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail email@example.com.
9. Withdrawal and open purchase
Private customers have under the Distance Contracts entitled to 14 day withdrawal. This means that you, the customer has the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. Return the item must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal / return of goods, the customer for the return shipping. Shipping fee is not refundable.
As our client offers Travel Shop also exchange within 30 days from the time you ordered the goods. This applies only unused products.
If you want to advertise a damaged or incorrect product, please fill in the complaint forms that are linked here. Notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org before sending anything. Submit the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember, you are responsible for shipping to us.

Refunds are made via Stripe or Bank Transfer. The sum is always refunded to the same account used for the purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.

If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent via email or sms to you. You as a customer are responsible for the correct mobile phone number, address and e-mail address. If you do not collect your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of 250 SEK.
15. Force Majeure
In the event of SEKig, natural disaster, labor market strikes, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect entered into agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep the said agreement / commitment, shall form the basis for that we are relieved of our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
