Terms and conditions


1. Buy

When ordering agreement for the purchase only when the Travel Shop confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation sent by 24 hours after the order is received by the Travel Shop. If delivery is changed in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase without charge until the goods are sent. Travel Shop has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. In order to shop with us, you must be 18 years Travel Shop must be able to determine the customer's home address.

2. Prices
The prices include VAT with 25% of orders within the EU. At the confirmation order, prices can only be changed by circumstances Travel Shop has no control. For example, significantly changing commodity prices, currency fluctuations or amended VAT. No expedition costs. Should the price change, the customer has the right to free cancel the purchase.

3. Shipping
A shipping charge of 39 SEK will be in Sweden.

4. TERMS OF pAYMENT

4.1 Payment

4.2 Paypal

5. Supplies
Orders placed before noon 16.00 on non-holiday weekday processed the same day and are normally delivered within 1-2 days in Sweden.
We reserve the right to all stock items will be sold out before we can update the site, and then we inform customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase without any cost unless the item is in stock. The packages are delivered by the Postal Service or another carrier for delivery or sent by mail.

6. Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delivery delays by our suppliers beyond our control. This can occur, for example when a provider is unable to meet its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage that the delay is accomplished. You can trust that we will always notify you of the delivery is delayed. You, the customer is always right to cancel the purchase without cost at the delivery delay.

7. Transport
Travel Shop is responsible for transportation to our customers. You and transportation company assumes the risk of returning to us.

8. Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. Have you received a faulty or damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail info@travelshop.se.

9. Withdrawal and open purchase
Private customers have under the Distance Contracts entitled to 14 day withdrawal. This means that you, the customer has the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. Return the item must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal / return of goods, the customer for the return shipping. Shipping fee is not refundable.
As our client offers Travel Shop also exchange within 30 days from the time you ordered the goods. This applies only unused products.

10. Complaints
If you want to advertise a damaged or incorrect product, please fill in the complaint forms that are linked here. Notify us by email info@travelshop.se before sending anything. Submit the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember, you are responsible for shipping to us.

11. Refunds
Repayment is via PayPal or DIBS. The amount refunded is always the same account used for the purchase as soon as possible after we have received and accepted the return.

12. Reservation
Subject to changes in prices caused by large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events during Force Majeure below.

13. Data Protection
In connection with the registration and ordering you agree that we store and use your data in our operations solely in order to complete and provide the service that you expect from us. According to PDA (Personal Data Act) you have the right to get the information we have stored on you and if you think it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer database. If so, contact our customer service (preferably by e-mail info@travelshop.se). We also declare that we will not sell or transfer any personal information (see our privacy policy).

14. Not Picked-package
If your package arrives at a delivery point sent a notification via email or text it to you. You, the customer is responsible for the mobile phone number, the address and the email address you entered is correct.
If you do not pick up your package so you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 250.

15. Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, strikes, government decisions and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we can not keep that agreement / pledge, shall constitute the basis that we are released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.
