Itinerary

• Start - Malmö C

  Start by picking up your bikes at the Travelshop at Malmö central station together with your tickets to Sofiero. The cycle trip starts with the goal towards Lund. On the way to Lund is lovely Lomma by the sea, where you can swim, enjoy sandy beaches, and eat well in the marina. From Lomma it is also close to Alnarp, where there is, among other things, a castle from the 19th century and not least Alnarpsparken. From Lund you then cycle towards Bjärred, where Flädie food and winery is located. This farm is a real gem that focuses on food prepared with love from the best seasonal ingredients. Here you have time to explore the farm's vineyards and take part in wine tasting of the wines produced on the farm.

• Lund

  After a good night's sleep at the farm hotel, take the opportunity to visit Lund's botanical garden. The botanical garden is a popular oasis in the middle of Lund and includes thousands of species from all corners of the world that are housed in the eight-hectare garden. In the Botanical Garden, there are also greenhouses with nine different sections with different climates and plants from all over the world. After a look at the sights in Lund, you then cycle on to Landskrona. Once you arrive in Landskrona, you stay comfortably at hotel Öresund, where you can also take advantage of the hotel's new spa facility.

• Frillestads vineyard

  After eating a good breakfast, you cycle on towards Helsingborg with the goal of Påarp. Breathe in the fresh air as you cycle through flourishing meadows and head towards Frillestads vineyard, located east of Helsingborg. Frillestads vineyard is owned by Brita and Anders, two enthusiasts with an interest in wine and viticulture. During the guided tour, you will go on a journey and see the artisanal work behind the production of the wines. Finally, there will of course also be the opportunity to taste their fantastic wines, which are grown with an ecological approach. When you have finished the tour, you will stay in the heart of Helsingborg at Elite Mollberg, where you can rest before the journey continues to Höganäs.

• Helsingborg

  From Helsingborg you cycle north, take the chance, and make a stop at Sofiero Castle. Sofiero is a castle with a 15-hectare park garden that has Northern Europe's largest collection of rhododendrons. Adjacent to the castle building is also a gourmet restaurant. Exhibitions and other events are usually organized in the park around the castle. After the castle visit, you continue to Höganäs and the road will lead you to Kullabygden, here you will find several places to enjoy - everything from dramatic nature and family-friendly destinations to places with that little extra that adds a golden edge to your bike ride. The last overnight you will stay at Arilds vineyard is a real gem, Tuscany but in Skåne.

• Travelshop Helsingborg

  After a pleasant stay at the vineyard, the last distance is back to Helsingborg again. Once in Helsingborg, the bikes are returned to the Travelshop at the central station. Use the day to either discover more of Helsingborg or explore further around the area in Höganäs. The cycle tour ends here.
