  Treat yourself to a night in Kristianstad before the cycle tour takes you further north. Kristianstad is clearly marked by its Danish history and one of the most magnificent buildings in the city from this time is the Trinity Church and has been called the most beautiful Renaissance temple in the Nordics. The Trinity Church was built as a Lutheran church, and basically still looks like the installation in 1628. Also, don't forget to visit the water kingdom naturum on the other side of Helge å. • Knislinge -Vinslöv – Hässleholm

  After leaving the big city of Kristianstad, you will cycle on curving dirt roads towards Knislinge. A must visit in Knislinge is the Wanås art and sculpture park. There are 70 permanent works of art, and every year new temporary art is added to the park, which attracts tens of thousands of visitors from all over the world. Here you can also book accommodation for the night and have a good dinner in a castle setting. If you would rather camp and live in nature, there are also many lakes in the area with opportunities for camping, swimming, paddling, and fishing.

• Hässleholm – Tyringe – Perstorp

  The cycling route in Hässleholm offers large forests with a rich animal and birdlife as well as many unusual plants. The area is, for example, one of Sweden's most species-rich bat areas, visit the Tykarps Caves. With its beautiful halls and long labyrinths, the mines are a fascinating place to see. Another popular destination is Hovdala Castle. During the summer, there is a big program to take part in garden activities, exhibitions, exciting storytelling evenings and much more.

• Hässleholm - Perstorp- Klippan

  The cycle tour eventually takes you to the city Klippan. The nature surrounding Perstorp and Klippan offers both varied coniferous and deciduous forest and in between numerous mosses. A couple of the most famous attractions are Klippans Wool Factory and Söderåsen National Park. Söderåsen National Park is a must see, experience with its 1,600 hectares, the park invites you to an awesome and magnificent nature. There is lush deciduous forest, steep slopes, high cliffs, rippling streams and wide views. When you are in Klippan, if you do not choose the hotel option, there are also several lakes, of which Bälingesjön and Fjällrammsjön are two of the largest where you can camp outside in nature.

• Klippan-Åstorp- Ängelholm

  Ängelholm is situated by the fantastic Skälderviken and with its small fishing villages and with a great location to the Pacific Ocean. The city is also famous for its clay cuckoos, so why not buy one of the small wind instruments as a souvenir to take home. Ängelholm is almost 500 years old, and if you are interested in history there are plenty of museums to visit. The Railway Museum and the Ängelholm Aviation Museum are two popular highlights that are suitable to visit for all ages. In Ängelholm's Hembygdspark you will find, in addition to museums, upzone an adventure park and a small zoo. If you want to sunbathe and a swim, there is a large selection of nice bathing spots to choose from along the entire coast.
