Open tour
Here you will cycle through Sweden's largest contiguous deciduous forest areas, ravines, winding streams, experience birds of prey and a varied plant life from the bike. The round is 56 kilometers and takes about 3 hours. This tour can also be combined with hikes in nature. On the other side of the ridge there are several accommodation options.
Söderåsen, which is part of the Tornquist zone, was formed about 150 million years ago by the movements of the continental plates. The Tornquist zone runs diagonally across Scania from Kullaberg in the northwest to Österlen in the southeast. It arose 400 million years ago when two continental plates collided and formed a weakness zone in the area. This zone of weakness causes the area to be pulled apart or pushed together. Therefore, there have been several volcanoes in the area.

Billesholm
The cycle tour starts in Billesholm and continues towards the south where you cycle through deciduous forest, past exciting marshes and paddocks. On the way you pass Böketofta and Klågeröd. When the tour approaches Klåveröd, you are close to Söderåsen National Park. This is a perfect opportunity to visit Söderåsen National Park, the highlight of the bike tour. Söderåsen National Park is one of Skåne's three national parks. Here there is not only a ravine, but also one of the largest nature-protected broadleaf forests in Northern Europe. In the park there are a number of different hiking trails, visit the nature center where you can find out more about the area's special nature and get tips on hikes and attractions. When you have finished exploring the park, continue towards Krika. Further along the road, make a detour between Gålarp and Maglarröd and visit Skåne's highest point 212m above sea level. The ridge stretches from Röstångai in the southeast to Åstorpi in the northwest. Skåne's highest church village, Stenestad, is located in the middle of the ridge, 180 meters above sea level. After Stenestad, the tour continues towards the north vram which takes you back to where you started your journey in Billesholm.
