TS Protection gives you access to support via a emergency phone number if something on the bike is not working. Depending on availability and distance, we can usually replace the bike by the next day. The protection covers damages up to SEK 2,000, and you also get access to a repair kit during your trip. Bicycle Rental Outside Sweden Please note that the rental terms and service conditions differ when bicycles are taken outside Sweden, where Travelshop Bike & Experience AB is based. If you intend to use the bicycle outside Sweden, you must inform us before the rental begins. As our service network is limited outside Sweden, Travelshop cannot guarantee on-site assistance or repairs. In the event of a mechanical issue, the customer is responsible for locating a suitable local bicycle workshop and contacting Travelshop before any repairs are carried out. Failure to notify Travelshop in advance that the bicycle will be used outside Sweden may affect the availability of support and service during the rental period.
