CANCELLATION RULES• All items rented from Travelshop AB are subject to these cancellation policies and Travelshop AB reserves the right to change their cancellation policies at any time without having to notify their customers. The customer is only affected by the change if their booking is longer than six months from the departure / booking date.

Cancellation when booking with departure within two weeks of the booking date will have its own separate cancellation rules which are applicable after agreement with the tenant.

City Bikes: Any cancellation made more than one week before the departure date will result in a 100% refund.

1. Any cancellations made within one week of the departure date will result in a refund of 80% of the amount.
2. All cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure date will result in a 50% refund.

Touring and Electric Bikes: Any cancellations made more than two weeks before the departure date will result in a 100% refund.

1. Any cancellations made within two weeks of the departure date will result in a refund of 60% of the amount.
2. Any cancellations made within one week of the departure date will result in a 40% refund.
3. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure date will result in a 0% refund.

Cargobikes: Any cancellation made more than one week prior to the departure date will result in a 100% refund.
